Innovative Gas service was impeccable, prompt and went above and beyond what was expected. They were also very tidy whilst working. I have booked them against to do a different job for me. I can definitely recommend them to other people.

We have had a logburner for 5 years but it's never been set up properly, leading to dirty glass and chimney sweeps scratching their heads as to how to gain access to the flue. Only when Lee came from Innovative Gas services did we finally get the fire bricks and baffles set correctly. Lee spent a lot of time and effort and refused to give up, unlike other so called experts. The log burner now works a dream. Thanks very much Lee!

Well organised service: I was given a window of a few hours, then a message that the plumber was on his way and an ETA. The plumber was polite and professional, and sorted out a minor problem in addition to singing the service. Highly recommended
