Ed has been over twice to fix our showers, couldn't recommend him enough, he communicates well, a very reasonable person to deal with and is trusted myself and friends who've recommended him to us. Contacted Ed regarding a fault with our immersion water heater not working.He promptly responded and suggested steps I can do to get it up and running without a call out.That afternoon within 10 minutes I managed to get it working again! A huge huge thank you to Ed for talking me through what to do and saving me a call out.I would very much recommend him again. I have just got off the phone with Ed, having called him to check his availability. Unfortunately he is fully booked up and my job can’t wait.
