Contacted Ed regarding a fault with our immersion water heater not working.He promptly responded and suggested steps I can do to get it up and running without a call out.That afternoon within 10 minutes I managed to get it working again! A huge huge thank you to Ed for talking me through what to do and saving me a call out.I would very much recommend him again. Thank you Ed!

Ed has been servicing my boiler for many years; as well as occasional electrical or plumbing work. He is knowledgeable, reliable and often helps me with some minor problem solving. Highly recommended.

Ed did a terrific job - he is extremely knowledgeable and ran through a number of options for my system, and I'm delighted with the work done and the end result. I will be having Ed back to complete some separate electrical works later in the year.
