I got home at about 1AM on Friday to find the lock on my door had failed and my house key wouldn't work, I gave In House Securities a call, they were at my house in 15 minutes (exactly as long as they said they would be), and the work was done very quickly and professionally, and the service was excellent. From making the phone that morning the engineer arrived at our house early afternoon as requested. Situation quickly assessed and options provided. Having telephoned the locksmith after discovering my front door lock had been broken due to an attempted break in he arrived within 5 minutes as he only lives close by. On arrival he and his trainee (a young lady) examined the damage and started to fix the problem. I wish to say that I am extremely delighted by the efficiency and speed at which the job was completed. They both were courteous and helpful in every respect. Once the job was completed I was informed that if I had any problems with the lock I just had to get in touch with the locksmith and as he lives so local he would come out.Verified reviewerJob location: BD6
