The engineer arrived promptly at the estimated time. He was knowledgeable, efficient and completed the job quickly with no mess at all.

From making the phone that morning the engineer arrived at our house early afternoon as requested. Situation quickly assessed and options provided. There was no pressure to proceed with the job.once agreed the engineer completed the task promptly.

Having telephoned the locksmith after discovering my front door lock had been broken due to an attempted break in he arrived within 5 minutes as he only lives close by. On arrival he and his trainee (a young lady) examined the damage and started to fix the problem. I wish to say that I am extremely delighted by the efficiency and speed at which the job was completed. They both were courteous and helpful in every respect. Once the job was completed I was informed that if I had any problems with the lock I just had to get in touch with the locksmith and as he lives so local he would come out.

Excellent service. I needed a lock replacing following a key theft and the job was completed very quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
