10 Professional and Detailed Structural Survey Service

We appointed Pearl Engineers, Planners & Project Managers to manage the design and technical approval process for our loft conversion and rear extension. Their team provided a comprehensive service covering planning drawings, the planning application, structural design, structural calculations and Building Regulations documentation. The structural work included the design of steel beams, floor joists, roof alterations, foundations and the structural elements required for the rear extension and loft conversion. I used Pearl Engineers Planners and Project Managers Ltd for the structural drawings and calculations for my 3m rear extension. Mojo was professional, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the process. The drawings and calculations were completed promptly and met all the requirements needed for my project. He also assisted me with obtaining the Thames Water Build Over Agreement, which made the process much smoother and less stressful. Job location: DA7Mojo was fantastic. He produced the structural drawings for my 3‑meter rear extension over the weekend and delivered them first thing Monday, helping me avoid further delays on my already‑stalled project. He also handled the Thames Water build‑over agreement himself — no extra cost, no hassle. Truly supportive, reliable, and fast. I’d recommend him any day. 10 Top Class 10/10
