The quote for the work was very competetive, offering good value, and Mojo followed up with messages explaining what would be included. He also gave examples of similar work Pearl Engineers Planners and Project Managers have done. He even came out to conduct a site visit on a Sunday as I needed the report quickly, and wasn't available on the week day Mojo was available. He provided a full detailed report within a couple of days. Great service. Highly recommended.

Mojo provided a prompt quotation for a site inspection to assess the existing structure's loading conditions for a Wall Removal. Quotes were all broadly similar but Mojo followed up to agree a site visit at a time convenient for me. A very pleasant and professional interaction, and following inspection Mojo provided a summary of findings and recommendations in an easy to follow report which I shared with my builders allowing prompt start of works.

I thought I had a hidden leak on the 1st floor which was rotting the floor joists, and I was anxious about my 3 year-old being safe at home. Within 20 minutes of arriving Mojo ruled out any internal leak, and explained that my sagging floors and ceilings pops were being caused by poor drainage and waterlogged soil under the house. That also tied in with other phenomenon we've noticed at home but been at a loss to explain, such as gaps in the hallway flooring and water in the garage. Mojo settled my nerves about the house collapsing around us, and the report gave clear guidelines on next steps.

We appointed PEPP to provide drawings & calculations for proposed structural works at our property. Their structural engineer, Mojo, was extremely responsive (site visit the following day; documentation produced in just 3 days) and gave some particularly helpful advice on the proposed works. PEPP's quote was also very competitive. I can highly recommend them.
