I worked with Engineer Mojo from PEPP (Pearl Engineers Planners & Project Managers) on a new dwelling project and couldn’t be happier with the service. The work was professional, well organised, and delivered efficiently. Everything was clearly explained, the drawings and calculations were accurate, and communication throughout was excellent, making the process smooth and stress-free. Pricing was very fair for the high standard of work provided. I would highly recommend Engineer Mojo and PEPP and would happily use them again.

The team at Pearl Engineering recently helped me with drawings & structural calculations for an extension; conversion of downstairs open-plan living area; and re-routing the internal staircase to open space for a downstairs shower room and toilet. Mojo was outstanding from start to finish. Time was of the essence, so I really appreciated that Mojo got back to me on the same day I requested a quote and visited on the following day. He examined the property in detail and discussed my various ideas. Mojo was always approachable and happy to advice. Very fair price. Highly recommended.

I hired PEPP to conduct a structural integrity survey for a residential property. From the initial inquiry to the final report, the experience was excellent. Mojo, the Principal Structural Engineer, was very communicative and managed to schedule the site visit quickly. Despite the busy holiday season, they conducted the survey on December 19th and delivered the comprehensive report by December 24th, exactly as promised. Mojo was professional on-site and even provided contacts for contractors to help with the necessary site works. I highly recommend PEPP for their efficiency.

Totally great, responded to our messages with speed. Helped us after our previous chap ( ehonwas recommended) was a total clown. Mojo came and put us at ease, was professional and was just amazing. Answered questions about our original drawings that the "clown" couldn't ( which meant he hadn't paid attention or read the drawings properly) Mojo Answered the same questions in seconds of looking at our plans...very happy with the service and now have what we wanted with our renovation.... Totally recommend.....
