Matthew was efficient, friendly and reliable. He helped us sort out an ants infestation and monitored for mice and wasps in our new home. Would highly recommend.

I have been very pleased with the work that Matthew did for us. Eradicating squirrels from the eaves. I have used this company before when I live somewhere else and they also did a very good job there. They're reporting's very useful so that the holes where the rodents were getting in could be filled in and they did that for us which was very useful. I would say that this company and Matthew are very reliable on time. Very polite, clean, did the work and made sure that their agents can't return

We had a problem with Rats and they completely sorted it out for us. Matthew was very good at explaining what was happening, reassuring us, and ultimately sorting out the root of the problem so that it won’t happen again. I’d recommend Indigo and Matthew for anyone with a pest problem.

Indigo were helpful from the first call. I had used a different company initially as had squirrel in my loft and after 3 visitis and one a single trap we were no further forward. Christian from indigo was helpful friendly professional and funny. He was really thorough and managed to get into the smallest part of the roof and got the job done.

I would highly recommend Indigo for their speedy and professional service. I was able to get an initial same day visit and Alex contacted me to book in regular follow ups. Terry, the pest controller, always turned up on time, and is extremely nice, thorough and professional. I had found a dead rat in a drain in our garden (Terry judged it was a random one rather than a problem ), but I was pleased the traps laid and baits used to make sure we did not have an ongoing problem, meant our dog could go in the garden as usual. Overall they were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with.

Polite client service both online, and later, face-to-face at time of appointment to nullify a wasp nest in the the eaves of my parents' house. Matthew, the Indigo agent assigned to the mission was well-presented, eloquent, and polite throughout, and was superb throughout; very proficient and efficient in confirming the location of the wasp-nest, and then in nullifying and making the nest redundant, all in the space of under 30 minutes. No more wasps ! TOP RESULT ! Highly Recommended - Deal with confidence - especially as the original quote was honoured with no hidden charges ! EXCELLENT !!
