Linroy from Indies Structures conducted a site visit and drafted plans re removal of a supporting wall and installation of RSJ support beam at my home. He was extremely helpful explaining the necessary permissions and sign off and also offered to take any necessary calls from the builder. This service was provided at a very reasonable cost.
