I had been let down by several people before I contacted Indiea through check a trade. Linroy phoned me very promptly and I explained my dilemma. I had builders onsite ready to work but the plans were missing structural calculations. I sent photos of the plans over to Linroy on the Monday afternoon and received the calculations and drawings on Wednesday morning. Our builder simply said "I wish this company did my calculations" Communications received as and when we were told they would be, Linroy was very pleasant when visiting and seemed to be very thorough. The company were very quick to get in contact with me, and after discussing what I needed they immediately arranged a suitable time & date for the structural engineer to visit.
