  Unfortunately Dave scheduled the appointment but didn't show. I text him at 4pm on the day to ask if he was attending, he replied at 6pm saying he had broken down. He offered to come at a later date but I declined as I'd prefer a more reliable contractor.

  The contractors turned up on time and were flexible, efficient and tidied up after installation. I did feel that they were in a rush but they completed the jobs with minimum intrusion.
