Job location: BH4We asked Incredi-Pole to quote for cleaning 42 flats in a 7 storey block. previous firm charged £700 to clean all windows. Incredi-Pole quoted £800 which was accepted. Job done over 4 days due to supplier issues. Invoice sent direct to our Managing Agents on completion. Only later found out they charged £800 per block (14 flats in each block), not the £800 for whole job quoted. Their excuse was it took 4 days, whereas they were only here for one whole day and small parts of two others. One day they arrived, had accident getting out of vehicle and left without doing anything. Never use again.10 Window cleaning

We do not just clean glass! However, although we do more than the average window cleaner, we do not charge more, and whilst being a professional business, we still maintain that personal touch. As the proprietor, I personally carry out all quotes.
We use an Insurance approved 100% Pure water cleaning system. The difference in cleaning with purified water is that it cuts through the dirt and grime leaving your frames and glass clean and sparkling.
At Incredi-Pole, we clean the frames as well, so this means they stay cleaner longer stopping the dirt from unclean frames running back onto clean glass once it rains.
We do not use washing up liquid which damages the seals on windows and can cause the seal to be damaged and let condensation into the glass.
We look after some local schools as well as quite a number of commercial properties requiring high level cleans with our gutter vac system also with a camera.
Use of high level lifters can be arranged on hire to reach high levels.
