We asked Incredi-Pole to quote for cleaning 42 flats in a 7 storey block. previous firm charged £700 to clean all windows. Incredi-Pole quoted £800 which was accepted. Job done over 4 days due to supplier issues. Invoice sent direct to our Managing Agents on completion. Only later found out they charged £800 per block (14 flats in each block), not the £800 for whole job quoted. Their excuse was it took 4 days, whereas they were only here for one whole day and small parts of two others. One day they arrived, had accident getting out of vehicle and left without doing anything. Never use again.

Windows badly needed doing, and these guys did a great job. Would recommend.

Recommended by neighbours. I had two issues with guttering, one of which Seb was able to repair straight away. The other was actually due to old flashing which Seb replaced, along with a broken roof tile. He was courteous, kind and professional throughout - even contacting me to check everything was still OK after heavy rain. Given Seb was the third tradesman to attempt to fix the really annoying drip outside my bedroom window, all credit to him for actually solving the problem. I'd certainly use again.
