  Nico did an impeccable job and even fixed a part of the window that wasn’t included in the quotation (for free!). Isabella kept in touch with me throughout the process. Would absolutely recommend!

  replacing hinges of aluminium doors

  Nico and the team were fantastic, both in their customer service and the quality of work. The hinges on my balcony door were very old and no longer in production. Nico spent time and effort to find a suitable replacement part and kept me updated on a regular basis throughout. ( i had three previous quotes from other companies telling me i needed to replace both my balcony doors which would cost c£5,000). The work was very quick and professional and i am very happy with the results. they went above and beyond and showed they really care about getting the right outcome for the customer.

  Weatherstripping casement windows in a 2 bedroom flat

  IN&G was committed to sourcing and installing just the right weatherstripping to properly seal the windows for the winter. Excellent communication from start to finish, friendly, courteous and diligent, and excellent value for money. I'm very pleased with the result, highly recommended!

  UPVC Patio door alignment

  The experience was pleasant, the reason being the admin team were responsive, professional and helpful. I value communication and honesty so like the fact that they were genuine and didn't try blag issues which would have sleeved me for more than what was required as the job was an easy one for a professional. As far as the door goes, works perfectly now, so after this pleasant experience I intent to return for further work in Spring/Summer.
