Nico and the team were fantastic, both in their customer service and the quality of work. The hinges on my balcony door were very old and no longer in production. Nico spent time and effort to find a suitable replacement part and kept me updated on a regular basis throughout. ( i had three previous quotes from other companies telling me i needed to replace both my balcony doors which would cost c£5,000). The work was very quick and professional and i am very happy with the results. they went above and beyond and showed they really care about getting the right outcome for the customer.

Very easy to deal with, Isabella responded very quickly. It was a simple job. They turned up on time, did the work, tidied up and left. All seamless and a pleasure to deal with.
