  Serious roof leak on Christmas Eve

  We discovered a very serious roof leak on Christmas Eve 2025. We were able to make contact with Paul who came round within the hour immediately after Christmas. He explained to us what he thought the issues were and 8.30am a team arrived stripped the roof, replaced what was defective and the following day the job was complete. We are in our senior years and Paul's understanding of the situation and its urgency made all the difference. The team are very pleasant helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend them

  Excellent. The work was carried out quickly. Harvey was incredibly polite and provided me with videos and pictures of the work both before and after. There was absolutely no mess left behind and I was kept up to date regularly with progress. I would use this company again without question. Thank you Imperial residential building and roofing Ltd.

  Exceptional work, super clean, super polite

  I have used Imperial twice now, first time for my own home where they extended the roof by 3x tiles and added new facia and guttering, the second time when I had a leak at a house I rent. Both times I cannot rate Paul and his team highly enough. From starting with the review of the problem, through to communication before the start of work and then during the process they have been exceptional! The work, their materials and cleaning all up to an extremely high standard. I have tried many roofers in Sutton, Imperial are the ones you need.

  Excellent roofing company and great after care. Have known Paul for many years as he used to do work for my parents. Imperial made a great job of my tiled roof and will be replacing an old flat roof next year.

  What a friendly reliable company

  What absolute miracle workers Paul and his team have been today! Such a brilliant friendly company, from the initial phone call, they guided my Mum through the whole process, putting her mind totally at rest immediately. Paul sourced obsolete tiles with such speed, the whole worrying drama has been fixed so well. We are very grateful indeed. I had remembered 4 houses down my own road having work done so knocked one of their doors, they said Paul and the company were great and they were also very pleased with the work. A company in Lichfield told me they had brilliant work done by them too.
