  We had a substantial leak from our roof into the bathroom during late January. We contacted Paul who came to inspect the damage. He was able to give quotes and establish the work required. A team arrived within days to scaffold, remove felt and lathe and replace with new during early February. We also had the ridge tiles reset and tile vents fitted. We were pleased with the prompt start and completion of the works to prevent any further water egress.

  Efficient and Reliable Roofing Work

  I had a minor but awkward roofing issue, with a broken tile and missing flashing where my chimney meets the roof. Although it was a relatively small job, the location made it a bit tricky. The team at Imperial responded promptly, provided a clear and fair quote, and carried out the repairs efficiently. They even addressed an additional issue with the tiles above my bay window on the same day, which was greatly appreciated. The service was professional, responsive, and excellent value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

  Serious roof leak on Christmas Eve

  We discovered a very serious roof leak on Christmas Eve 2025. We were able to make contact with Paul who came round within the hour immediately after Christmas. He explained to us what he thought the issues were and 8.30am a team arrived stripped the roof, replaced what was defective and the following day the job was complete. We are in our senior years and Paul's understanding of the situation and its urgency made all the difference. The team are very pleasant helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend them
