It took 3 weeks for someone to turn up to do the actual repair but when they did the lads were very polite and helpful and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

Can highly recommend this company. I contacted them for a quote and Harvey came out . He kept me informed as to what was happening. He took before and after pictures so I could see what was going on. I had the gutter replaced, old mortar removed, verge tiles re-bedded, also re-felting under the original roof tiles, there was a lot of moss on the roof and this was removed and the roof treated. They cleaned up after themselves, came to do the work when they said they would. I was kept informed every step of the way. Would use again if needed any work doing .

The guys from Imperial Residential & Roofing Ltd were our first port of call when we were struggling with a troublesome damp issue in our dining room. They were very prompt in getting back to us, and both Paul and Harvey came to take a look the same day. We were very pleased with the way they came up with a resolution within minutes. Work was carried out by expert members of the team to a high specification within days, and I am very pleased with the result. Been having some issues with moisture in the loft caused by condensation. Have used these guys before and managed to get an appointment pretty quickly after they can to have a look. Thanks to Harrison and Luke that did the job as well!

Once again, a great service from Imperial. We had a couple of tiles that needed replacing and they turned up first thing this morning, no fuss and got the job done. Excellent service again.

I had a small leak in my bathroom. Imperial were the second company I had out after the first didn’t fix the problem & were very unreliable. The price quoted was very fair & the work was carried out quickly. Harrison & Luke were lovely & very quick when they did the repair. So far no more leak! Would definitely use this company again
