Came in day1 to troubleshoot electric shower (and provide a plug for an hnused washkng machine pipe outlet hnder sjnk).As expected, needed a new shower. They were able to fit me in the next day for a replacement (and provide the unit). Unexpected delay on day2 was communicated promptly (I had no issues with it) and was rescheduled for first thing day3. Work completed neatly and everything tidied up after. Both plumbers I dealt with in person were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. With experience so far, I would recommend.

All activities requested was completed in a satisfactory manner. The plumber was very knowledgable and worked in a methodical and tidy manner.

The plumber provided a 40-minute advance notification of his arrival. He clearly outlined the scope of work before proceeding with the task, demonstrating both meticulousness and efficiency. The project was completed within the initially quoted timeframe, and the work area was left impeccably clean. Subsequently, he provided a detailed explanation of the completed work and any necessary aftercare instructions. We highly recommend this company.

After a day’s delay, the service was excellent. On time, accurate quotation and the job done there and then. Also, an honest assessment of another job we thought we needed but Jonathan said we didn’t, saving us money. Great integrity
