The service given was great Jordan and his work colleague (apologies didnt get his name) were very attentive and caring. He did a great job and the advise given was constructive. A nice bloke showed up to give us a quote for installing a tap in our back garden. He said it was "do-able" and said he would send us an email by the end of the day with the quote. He never did. No contact whatsoever. What's so hard about telling someone in person that you don't want to do the jib?

Impeccable where great throughout the whole process. Quick, clear and easy to communicate with I made a call late in the afternoon and someone had fixed it the next day. They found a second issue while on site, so they rescheduled their day so they could resolve it for me in the same visit!
