10 Reliable, professional and great value

We had a new boiler fitted today by Craig and Ian from Astley Plumbing & Heating, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From my first message to Ian, he was extremely helpful and upfront, coming out the very next day to look at our old boiler. Their prices are very competitive, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Once we decided to go ahead, they booked us in for the following week. Craig was very knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the installation. Had a new Baxi combi boiler fitted to replace the old Emerson heater boiler due to low water pressure in the shower. All work was fully explained and everything included in the job and price was confirmed on WhatsApp. Work carried out to a high standard, old tanks and pipes removed and tidied up with plastering etc. Also extensive work to flush and refill the central heating system. Ian and Craig were very professional, happy to explain and answer questions as they went along. Shower and central heating are working great now.
