Excellent service from start to finish. Ian came round to the house within an hour of the first call due to us being without a working boiler. Explained all the options of where he thought was going to best to put the new boiler. Kept us informed of every process of the installation. All in all a very professional service and would definitely get him back to do any other work we need doing.

Very professional, quick turnaround.

We had a new boiler fitted today by Craig and Ian from Astley Plumbing & Heating, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From my first message to Ian, he was extremely helpful and upfront, coming out the very next day to look at our old boiler. Their prices are very competitive, and the whole process was quick and straightforward. Once we decided to go ahead, they booked us in for the following week. Craig was very knowledgeable and kept us updated throughout the installation. We’re really pleased with the work and would highly recommend Astley Plumbing & Heating.

Last week had a boiler fitted by this company they quoted a reasonable price arrived on the day and time they stated fitted the boiler and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional thanks to Ian and Wes for their work give them a try
