I contacted Ian at Astley Plumbing via Checkatrade after moving into a house with intermittent hot water or heating. Another contractor had recently condemned the boiler, but Ian explained that replacing the heating only boiler with a combo boiler was the best solution . He clearly explained why, and it proved to be the right decision with much better water flow . Ian and his colleague arrived as planned, installed a new baxi boiler and everything was working fine by the end of the day . Honest advice great communication and excellent service . Highly recommended
