10 Annual Boiler service

I have used IJS for my annual service for around 3 years now. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and even sends a reminder to let me know that a service is needed (which I would always forget!) I contacted Ian through checkatrader for a quote to install a new Hive system in my parents house. I received a quote very quickly and answers to my questions. Ian was then able to install the system two days later and set it up on my parents phones. He advised the WiFi might not be strong enough so informed me what we needed to resolve this and offered to come back to fit the additional device arrived. The system is now all set up and working. Ian answered my enquiry about fitting a new heating thermostat within an hour and we arranged a price and date/time for the work to be carried out.
