Boiler was serviced, no problems, advised on other issues with my central heating system, and checked and resolved the issue, even though only booked in for service, very good service provided, highly recommended

excellent communication from start to finish. i was booked in aftee getting a quote. given a good idea of date and time for the service. Ian sent me a message when he was 20 mins away. was very polite and showed great care and respect in moving around my house and servicing the boiler. Ian was happy to explain everything he was doing, the meaning and sognificance/impact of the contents of the boiler service report and took the time to answer any questions i had. a very plesant experienc. would highly recommend. thank you
