I have used IJS for my annual service for around 3 years now. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and even sends a reminder to let me know that a service is needed (which I would always forget!) I am always happy with the work carried out and would definately recommend.

I contacted Ian through checkatrader for a quote to install a new Hive system in my parents house. I received a quote very quickly and answers to my questions. Ian was then able to install the system two days later and set it up on my parents phones. He advised the WiFi might not be strong enough so informed me what we needed to resolve this and offered to come back to fit the additional device arrived. The system is now all set up and working. My Mum asked me to write this review for her and she could not believe how helpful Ian had been and she is very pleased with her Hive.

The company arrived in time specified and carried out work efficiently. Courteous throughout.

Ian answered my enquiry about fitting a new heating thermostat within an hour and we arranged a price and date/time for the work to be carried out. He arrived on time and carried out the work to a very high standard, at all times keeping us informed about what he was doing and showing us how to use the new thermostat etc. Ian was friendly and efficient and I would recommend him to anyone needing work done.
