After an initial visit establishing that it was not the hoped for easy fix Ian returned to carry out a thorough investigation of where the fault was. He then rewired the faulty area despite the access problems presented. He kept us fully informed at each step and did a first class job. Would use him again without hesitation.

Ian is incredible! No job too big, or small for that matter. He was amazing with my cat who isn’t allowed outdoors yet, so I was nervous she would escape; but Ian was so careful with the front door and generally great with her! He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas, very personable, professional and thorough. Great communication with me throughout and telling me exactly what he was doing and why. Would thoroughly recommend Ian to anybody looking for an electrician! Thank you Ian :)

Ian was great - not only was he competitively priced but he was knowledgeable, thorough and took the time to explain to me what he'd found through the inspection and why. He was also extremely considerate when working in the house while I was working at home, which is invaluable. Would thoroughly recommend.

The electrician was prompt, friendly and courteous. His work was professional and neat. We were very satisfied in all that he did for us.
