  Super job delivering a re-wire of a Park Home

  Great job Ian! Park Homes are not the normal re-wiring challenge, but Ian was able to assess what was needed and make some great suggestions on how to make adjustments to improve the flow in the home through placement of light switches and power outlets. Some challenging moments feeding new cable from beneth the home and creating new access panels for the ceiling. Worked very well with Brenda the Home onwer, staying focused on delivery. Ian used delivered using professional experience, the new consumer unit and wiring meeting regulation requirement. All at a good price. Thank you.

  Diagnosed heating system problem

  David's super at diagnosing plumbing problems! He removed and replaced a faulty filling loop on out heating supply. No more over pressured radiators leaking!

  Bathroom shower thermostatic valve and shower head for pressurised water system

  A few weeks prior David had diagnosed a significant problem with our pressurised Megaflow hot and cold water distribution and provided a temporary solution. We asked him to select an appropriate thermostatic valve and shower head and unit and fit. We gave David a couple of bathroom tiles to replace the space. David understood our needs and selected a fabulous thermostatic valve and shower head unit, fitted the valve and pipework in the partition, finished in 1/2 day leaving the site clean a tidy. Super!

  Hot and Cold water mix on all the shower valves fixed (it was freezing cold)

  Problem with our shower unit mixing valves across 3 bathrooms, the showers were only providing cold water. We have a pressurised Megaflow system. David diagnosed the problem through a careful analysis using his extensive experience, narrowed the problem to a faulty valve system in one of the showers, it was allowing cold water to pass into the house hot water system! David provided an immediate fix and short term solution. We also agreed a plan to change the faulty valves and mixing taps. My wife was over the moon, she had her first decent shower for a long time! Thank you David.

  Leak from 1st floor bathroom

  Leaking ceiling in the hall! David diagnosed to the shower unit on 1st floor. Removed a square of plasterboard on the hall ceiling (fixing above would have been a much much larger job). Found a previous plumbers bodge had come apart, fixed it with appropriate parts, replaced square of plasterboard and skimmed…perfect! Excellent job, done in a timely fashion and great value.

  Replace shower thermostatic mixing valve, enclosure and tiles, fitting to an existing shower base.

  David delivered and excellent job. He was considerate, respectful towards our home and communicated effectively on his plans and next steps. Worked hard at preparation, removing old parts and kept the site clean and tidy. Installed the mixing valve, fixing other plumbing problems that we didnt know we had. Arranging for the tiles to be fitted and finalising all other fittings leaving the job clean and tidy. His invoice matched his estimate. We are very happy with the work and look forward to working with David again.
