  Ian was, as always, communicative, friendly and informative throughout the process. He arranged to come and service the boiler and was flexible and considerate in working around our schedule. We have used him for various plumbing and heating engineering work several times before and we wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Highly recommended.

  Pipework and radiator replacement

  We recently moved into a property that needed some pipes removed, chased into walls and radiators replaced. Ian really took the time to locate any issues, and was very thorough with the work that needed carrying out. These things can feel so overwhelming, but Ian really looked after us by walking us through every step and helped us understand any problems and how they would be resolved. Not to mention, he was all round just a really friendly and genuine guy, and a delight to talk to! Would highly recommend to anyone!

  New Boiler Installation

  Badly leaking shower pump replaced.

  Ian is someone we will always use. He explains things clearly with no jargon and is very trustworthy. Ian and his team came, installed the boiler and they made it a breeze which is what Ian does every time.
