  I recently hired Ian to carry out some emergency works on my property. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process in clear terms, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the care he took to check to ensure there no pipes were leaking. He was very thorough and communicated how he would fix and repair the problems.

  Sinks unblocking & radiator balancing

  I recently had a blocked sink in Kitchen and Shower as well as an issue with an unbalanced radiator, and I’m so grateful to Ian for sorting everything out quickly and efficiently. The sinks were unblocked in no time, and he took the extra care to ensure there wouldn’t be any recurring issues. Ian also rebalanced the radiator system, now the whole house heats evenly, which has made a big difference. I really appreciated the clear communication, prompt service. Thank you again—I won’t hesitate to call you next time or recommend you to friends and family!

  Ian was, as always, communicative, friendly and informative throughout the process. He arranged to come and service the boiler and was flexible and considerate in working around our schedule. We have used him for various plumbing and heating engineering work several times before and we wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Highly recommended.

  Pipework and radiator replacement

  We recently moved into a property that needed some pipes removed, chased into walls and radiators replaced. Ian really took the time to locate any issues, and was very thorough with the work that needed carrying out. These things can feel so overwhelming, but Ian really looked after us by walking us through every step and helped us understand any problems and how they would be resolved. Not to mention, he was all round just a really friendly and genuine guy, and a delight to talk to! Would highly recommend to anyone!
