Ian and team did a brilliant job fitting a gas line for us when we had to have a new boiler fitted. It was unplanned but he came up with a solution that we were happy with.

Ian was extremely responsive in his communications - we quickly got on the phone to talk through the problem and he came round the next morning, helpfully talking me through what he was going to do based on what he identified the problem to be. His work is of high quality and I know I can contact him again if needs be. Would highly recommend.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained the repair process in clear terms, and completed the work efficiently and to a high standard. What stood out most was their attention to detail and the care he took to check to ensure there no pipes were leaking. He was very thorough and communicated how he would fix and repair the problems.
