  Repairing a Worn Lintel

  Very grateful to Ian for taking on a job deemed too small by everyone else! The lintel above my back door was slowly letting water into my kitchen and he came round to have a look. A few days later he was back to repair it and then again to paint it and also replaster the little damp section inside. Ian is friendly, professional and courteous - I 100% recommend him and will be contacting him for some future jobs! Thanks Ian!

  Taking down a stud wall and blocking up a doorway

  Ian was great. He turned up when he said he would, got the job and was pleasant and polite throughout. He consulted us on things that needed to be decided, and did everything thoroughly and cleaned up afterwards.

  Sleeper walls at short notice

  We needed help building some sleeper walls at short notice and Ian saved the day! He came round the same day as I contacted him to review the site and provide a quote, he then returned 2 days later to start. He completed the work as requested and was really adaptable and helpful and made sure we had everything in place for follow-on trades. Would highly recommend!

  Stripped out old sealant, cleaned and re sealed around bath, replaced shower hose, & toilet seat.

  Brick up fireplace

  Ian came round to brick up a fireplace for me after British Gas ripped out the old back boiler. Super friendly and on time. Did a great job.
