  Concrete channeling and conduit and cement

  Ian was professional, worked around our schedule and outline all the costing openly. Ian gained my trust very quickly and completed the job to a high standard. I have already ask for another quote as I was impressed standard of tradesmen-ship!

  Removed old brickworks, windows and replaced all

  Ian was great. He was friendly, efficient and competed the work to a high level for a very reasonable price. Even when one of the windows was cracked during the install, he replaced it free of charge within a week. I would highly recommend him.

  Really grateful for the work Ian did. His speed, quality of work and communication with us was great. I really appreciated him explaining what he was doing along the way. I'd happily ask him to do more work in the future and recommend him highly to others.

  New basement stairs with improved drainage. Driveway paving.

  Ian did a great job fixing a drainage issue we had with our outside basement stairs for years. We also got him to pave the back driveway which looks amazing. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone for any building work!

  Excellent Cellar Refurb

  Ian and his work crew were outstanding. Punctual, efficient, and most importantly have done an amazing job on our cellar. We had a vacant area we didn't plan on doing anything with (initial work was on other 2 rooms in cellar), however we did need more storage space to which Ian provided a brilliant solution in a previously redundant, eye-sore area of our cellar.

  Replacing lintels

  Ian was fantastic. He was prompt in getting our quote for the house we hadn't yet completed on, and was flexible to hold off until we were moved in and ready. For the work itself - equally fantastic. He and Reece cracked on but were super friendly and kept us in the loop with what they were doing and where they were at. Overall - super friendly, kept us informed, and even left us the huge paint pot that we can use to repaint the house, which we wanted to eventually touch up. If we need any other work, we know to give Ian a bell! Thanks again, guys!
