Ian turned up on time and was a really pleasant guy. Sorted the job quickly and would happily recommend him.

We are very pleased with the service and work done by IH Builder. Ian came quickly to quote and we had the job booked in within a month of posting the request. Ian turned up as scheduled and worked consistently every day; focused, experienced & skilled; works quickly but properly, no rushing or cutting corners. He is confident doing upper windows off a ladder which saved the expense & hassle of scaffolding and his confidence is well grounded; he knew what he was doing and didn't take risks. We appreciate that he kept to his quote even though twice as much mastic was needed. Communication was excellent and he is a tidy and methodical worker who respected us and our property. Overall it has been quicker and easier to get our windows repaired than I expected and its good to know they are protected before the winter comes. We are grateful for the good and professional service - thank you!

Had some steps extend and made lower such a nice guy had him come and do another job.Lovely guy turn's up and no waiting fast response and friendly, highly recommend Ian for any job.

Ian was punctual, polite and cracked on. Removing the wall, taking the rubble away and then moving the lightswitch and plastering to a good finish throughout

I needed a large lintel putting above my dining room window & also the wall pointing.
