  Over-promised timeframes

  Failed to honour multiple start/delivery dates due to supplier and staffing issues. Communication was inadequate, e.g., was told the team would arrive on site mid-morning but they did not arrive until mid-afternoon, (work started 4.00 pm). Tended to overpromise - failed to keep to timeframes they outlined, e.g, that pergola/decking could be installed in 2 days, or that installation of trellis gates could be completed in 1 day. Stated in 2 emails that bespoke items could be fitted within days rather than weeks. Final invoice charged for trellis panels that were not fitted until queried

  Replacing damaged fence.

  Chris communicated clearly, was prompt with messages and completing the job and did an incredible job replacing a fence. Extremely satisfied.

  Fitting of a new side gate

  I would have no hesitation in recommending IGS Fencing to anyone who needed a gate or fence erected. The craftmanship was superb and the team were polite and reliable.

  Replacing an old fence

  This is the second time IGS have done a job for me - both times excellent. The workers, Jos and Charlie, arrived on time, pleasant, friendly, and worked really hard all day, with no break. They are entirely reliable, efficient and ready to give any advice necessary. I shall certainly use IGS if necessary in the future and can thoroughly recommend them.

  Renewal of fencing one side of garden.

  The two men, Matt and Kes, arrived on time and got down to work immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even whilst having to deal with a difficult neighbour. Impressed with the quality of the materials used and their care of existing plants and bushes whilst carrying out the work. They did encounter problems but overcame them, always keeping me in the picture. Everything was left neat and tidy - job well done. Thank you!

  Replacement of old fence panels

  I've used IGS several times and they have lways done a great job, and, therefore, I didn't hesitate to get in touch with them when I needed new fence panels. Tom and Josh arrived on time and got to work taking down the old fence. They worked hard all day over coming a few issues without being grumpy 😁 They also put up a bird box for me. I can thoroughly recommend IGS Fencing, and would not go anywhere else.
