Job location: PO9Checkatrade ID:131482 Both the Contracts Manager and the Foreman who undertook the the removal and replacement of the wooden side gate were both friendly, professional and totally reliable. The new gate was robust and manufactured to an extremely high quality and expertly fitted. The area was left clean and tidy. Especially satisfied with the new gate and would and would hesitate to recommend IGS in the future.5.33 Over-promised timeframes

Failed to honour multiple start/delivery dates due to supplier and staffing issues. Communication was inadequate, e.g., was told the team would arrive on site mid-morning but they did not arrive until mid-afternoon, (work started 4.00 pm). Tended to overpromise - failed to keep to timeframes they outlined, e.g, that pergola/decking could be installed in 2 days, or that installation of trellis gates could be completed in 1 day.
