  Central heating problems

  Central heating issues. Some radiators not working. Required power flush and some parts replaced. Very old system. All done quickly and efficiently. Left everything clean and tidy. Full explanations given, detailed written report and receipts provided for parts. Almost full days work.

  Kitchen sink leak

  Richard was great to deal with. Replied to the job posting super quickly even though it was around 11pm and had the clearest communication out of the options that came forward Arranged to visit my address at 9am the next day and had everything fixed within approx 20 minutes Richard also took the time to explain what he was doing and any potential future steps and costs, which isn’t always the case with other tradesmen I’ve hired from Checkatrade

  Professional, friendly, efficient

  Richard provided and excellent service. The job was completed quickly and to a really high standard. Arrived as scheduled with all the parts required (so no need to disappear off to get anything - which we have experienced with other plumbers I have used in the past). Professional and friendly. Cannot fault the service received. Will be using Richard for some work at my mother in laws place and will definitely get him back if needed in the future.

  Boiler replacement

  Richard has been very responsive and replaced our old boiler. It is not the first job he does for us and we called him because we trust him. The work has been impeccable and would definitely recommend this contractor.
