Richard's professionalism and expertise were evident from our first phone call. Upon his arrival, he wasted no time in efficiently assessing and addressing our boiler issues. What truly impressed me was his willingness to not only fix the problem but also educate me along the way. His passion for his job was evident as he shared insights into the inner workings of our boiler system. Richard's friendly demeanour made the entire experience very enjoyable, and I am very confident in recommending his services to anyone. Richard could not have been more friendly, helpful or professional. It is such a minefield trying to find someone reliable who has your best interests at heart as a customer, and after a negative experience with a very well-known company, I was glad to have connected with him. His communication was fantastic and he quickly identified the issue, offered a solution and made sure he could remedy it as quickly as possible. His pricing is also transparent and fair. I honestly couldn’t fault him and would recommend him to anyone with any plumbing issues - thank you!
