10 Fix leak from boiler

Shared video or leaking shower drain. As it was external to the house and wasn't dangerous or urgent there was a delay in coming out (approx 5 days). Once the plumber arrived he explained the issue and promptly repaired. I also asked about some future work on heating and he gave a ballpark price and just said to contact them again when we were planning on getting that job scheduled.
