Shared video or leaking shower drain. As it was external to the house and wasn't dangerous or urgent there was a delay in coming out (approx 5 days). Once the plumber arrived he explained the issue and promptly repaired. I also asked about some future work on heating and he gave a ballpark price and just said to contact them again when we were planning on getting that job scheduled. I would use these plumbers again.

I needed my radiator fitting but there were some issues with the walls, a great solution was found and implemented. Great job, would recommend.

Following what many plumbers still think they can get away with, they promised to come to my house between 11 and 1 to give a boiler replacement quotation and then as well as not turning up they did not even bother to contact me to explain why they did not come.
