0 Fit new kitchen worktop and splashback

Agreed a date for a kitchen worktop installation, but the joiner did not attend on the day. There was no prior notice, no message to explain the absence, no attempt to rearrange, and all lines of communication were blocked, so I was unable to resolve the situation directly. This has caused severe disruption, as the work had been planned around the booking and we are now left with no functional kitchen, no dishwasher, no washing machine, no hob and no sink.
