The work was a very high standard and arrived exactly on time. Very clean and tidy leaving no mess. My only concern was the cost £90 for two hours labour but I suppose this is the way it is today.

Agreed a date for a kitchen worktop installation, but the joiner did not attend on the day. There was no prior notice, no message to explain the absence, no attempt to rearrange, and all lines of communication were blocked, so I was unable to resolve the situation directly. This has caused severe disruption, as the work had been planned around the booking and we are now left with no functional kitchen, no dishwasher, no washing machine, no hob and no sink. Based on this experience, I would not recommend for reliability.

Good quality work. Punctual and tidy. Good communication and a pleasure to deal with. Well recommended.
