  Bedroom installation. Having read the reviews on other platforms, I was already convinced they were the company for me. They are really clear in their communications and quotes, helpful in their advice, considerate in making sure you understand everything and happy to talk through every detail. We're absolutely delighted with how professional, personable, polite, clean and tidy (you'd never know they were here!) and respectful of our home. Absolute top notch job. Perfect. I would wholeheartedly recommend Ideal Aire and will definitely use them again for additional units and servicing.

  We’ve just had two air conditioning units installed by Ideal Air LTD. Excellent service from start to finish. The quotation process was straightforward and everything was clearly explained. On installation day, they were punctual, friendly and very professional. The work was carried out to a very high standard and looks very neat. They respected our home, used dust sheets and left everything spotless. They also took the time to show us how to use the system and answered all our questions. We’re extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company.

  Arrived on time, were very professional, identified the issue, fixed it and also charged a fair price. They did a little extra work for us and that was not an issue for them. We have booked them going forward for an annual service of the unit. Happy to recommend!!

  A honest, professional and reliable service.

  Lewis and Paul have been fantastic from start to finish, with minimal disruption to staff and patients. We had air con units fitted in all of our dental surgeries, the work was carried out in just under a week and all work areas left clean and tidy. They have been reliable, respectful, polite, trustworthy and 100% professional. I would absolutely use Ideal Aire for any future works and servicing.
