  Highly recommend Ideal Aire. They have been extremely professional from start to finish. Their work is to a very high standard. We are absolutely thrilled to finally have air con, something we have wanted for years. We also have peace of mind knowing they will continue to support our system and make sure everything is running as it should. Top company!!!!

  Excellent, professional company.

  Ideal Air were first class. I cannot recommend them enough. They are professional, curteous and do a fantastic job. We orginally had air conditioning installed about 5 weeks ago by a different company. After experiencing issues with the install and then discovering the original firm had gone out of business I needed another company to help me out. Ideal air came to my rescue. They identified all the issues and fixed and improved everything about the install. I should have used them from day one.

  Installing three units and outside fan.

  From start to finish, the communication was excellent. They were even there to ensure that the electrical elements I had installed separately were correct. Both Lewis and Paul were respectful of the house, clean, tidy, and highly professional. The finish is excellent, and their explanation of how to use and best manage the system was simple and clear. The air conditioning units are quiet and work exceptionally well. The timing was perfect as the heatwave begins! They even sent a follow-up message just to check that everything was working perfectly. Highly recommended!

  Communication was good, messages were replied to promptly and all my questions were answered. They turned up when they said they would and did the installation to a high standard. They left the place neat and tidy afterwards and talked me through the instructions and ongoing maintenance. The price was fair. I would absolutely recommend them!
