Arrived on time, were very professional, identified the issue, fixed it and also charged a fair price. They did a little extra work for us and that was not an issue for them. We have booked them going forward for an annual service of the unit. Happy to recommend!!

Lewis and Paul have been fantastic from start to finish, with minimal disruption to staff and patients. We had air con units fitted in all of our dental surgeries, the work was carried out in just under a week and all work areas left clean and tidy. They have been reliable, respectful, polite, trustworthy and 100% professional. I would absolutely use Ideal Aire for any future works and servicing.

Lewis & Paul went way beyond my expectations & delivered a truly fantastic service despite so numerous complications. No changes to our quote, delivered bang on time despite a number of issues out of their own control. So polite, the nicest trades people we’ve ever had in the practice. Very tidy & conscientious & I haven’t even started on how good the new system is. Lewis has managed to get 18 people happy with the temperature, no mean feat when 17 of them are female. The guys aren’t afraid of a bit of hard work & they were a pleasure to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I recently used Ideal Air for installation of an air con unit in my daughter’s bedroom and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From start to finish, the team were professional, punctual, and highly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, worked effectively, and ensured the system was running perfectly before leaving. The quality of their work is excellent and they left her room clean and tidy.
