I can't recommend Iconic design highly enough. Tom was punctual, polite and knowledgeable he completed the drawings promptly. He also explained the whole planning process and gave us the option navigate for ourselves but also offered to walk us through which we accepted. Tom was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and had the first draft sent to us within 12 hours. There were a few back and forths on adjustments which were also handled in no more than a couple of days. Tom then submitted our planning application and building regs application for us. Tom undertook an initial visit and was polite, listened to our ideas and took them away to bring it to life. He provided outline plans to enable submission to the Council and managed this communication on our behalf which we was really grateful for. We then commissioned Tom to provide Building Control Drawings to enable successful approval for the extension. Levels of detail across all drawings was excellent and Tom took his time to make sure everything was right.
