  Seb provided a detailed quote promptly. He then provided a date 2 weeks away, but I needed the down stairs painting within 7 days. I asked Seb if he could split the job, downstairs within the next week and upstairs in 2 weeks. Seb went one better, he offered to turn up on the coming Sunday with 7 guys and do everything in a day at no extra cost. And Seb turned up on Sunday, 7 strong, and completed the whole job in a day They were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. I'd use Seb and Bogdan again in the future.

  Tom submitted the wrong application type to the council which cost approximately 4 months. We had to resubmit the correct application type ourselves and pay another application fee. But even worse, Tom owed us a £375 refund for a building regs app we ended up submitting ourselves. I've been waiting 4 weeks and had multiple excuses, but no refund. And now Tom is ignoring my messages. Avoid at all costs.

  Drawings and building regs for rear semi detached extension

  Tom was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted and had the first draft sent to us within 12 hours. There were a few back and forths on adjustments which were also handled in no more than a couple of days. Tom then submitted our planning application and building regs application for us. This was also done for one of the most competitive quotes we had. We would use Tom again in future.

  Leaking external pipe connected to the boiler

  Mike was prompt with his communications and turned up when agreed on both occasions. Price was agreed for the parts and labour and mike said it was a 2 hour job, turnedout to be a 5 hour job, but Mike still invoiced the agreed price. Also put all of the items back in the cupboard, which he didn't need to do. Pipe is not leaking and boiler is working. I'll be using Mike again for any plumbing jobs.
