    After arranging an appointment Ian did not turn up, did not cancel the appointment, I had to call the office, where they did not know about the appointment and they had to call Ian and then cancel my appointment

    Unfortunately the appointment had to be cancelled due to an emergency callout due to extreme weather conditions, we did however offer an apology and an offer of an alternative date
