Reliable and professional. I wasn’t really sure what to expect but this has made such a difference to my house. The work was completed in a timely manner, everything was tidied up after completion and I honestly can’t believe the improvement.

We had previously seen and were impressed with a house that Craig and his team had pointed and decided to ask him to come around to give us a quote. He responded on the same day with a competitive price. He kept us informed at all times and he and his team arrived on the date he said. The whole team worked hard and were friendly. This was to repoint a neglected 170 year old stone perimeter wall over 70m long needing lime mortar. Craig responded quickly to my enquiry, and was able to started within a week. He was professional and polite, as was his team and tidied up after themselves. Craig clearly is proud of his work and his workers which shows in the quality of the repointing. I would certainly use his services again.

I can't recommend Ibbotsons enough. Craig and the team have done an excellent job of our repointing. We were concerned about having the whole house repointed due to the amount of work involved but the work has been completed for the agreed price, on time, and professionally. From the moment we requested a quote Craig came straight round and offered advice on the work involved, realistic timescales, and provided a quote.
