Ian is polite and approachable with the tools necessary for our end of terrace house - front & back including accessing the side of the house too. The text reminders the day before are helpful incase we need to unlock any gates etc on the morning. Reasonably priced and the service leaves the windows and trims looking fresh again. I have had Ian cleaning my windows now for over three years and can highly recommend him. One good thing is he sends a text the day before he visits and a further text when the windows have been cleaned. Another positive is you can pay through online banking. After the first window clean which was done well and for an OK price I got very disappointed. I tried to book another clean, which he accepted, didn't turn up and only offered a word of explanation when asked. At that time I still considered him a professional so I asked to reschedule, he agreed, confirmed rough time of the visit and once again didn't turn up. Hello welcome to Ian's Window Cleaning. We are a Professional, Reliable, Regular, Friendly family run business. Fully insured, public liability insurance.
Based in Horsham West Sussex.
We use the water fed pole system, all work is carried out from the ground, no ladders are used, for safety reasons to clean your windows, frames, sills. We use 100% pure water which we purchase from Spotless water which guarantees 0.00pm, everything has been removed from the water leaving a Spotless clean. Windows are left wet to dry naturally.
We also offer services such as fascia and soffit, conservatory roof cleaning. Gutter clearing, using SkyVac.
We notify our customers before we are calling to clean your windows. This is via a text message or phone call. The evening before.
