Been using Ian's for a year or two now. He's reliable and fast. And competitively priced!

Ian is polite and approachable with the tools necessary for our end of terrace house - front & back including accessing the side of the house too. The text reminders the day before are helpful incase we need to unlock any gates etc on the morning. Reasonably priced and the service leaves the windows and trims looking fresh again. He has schedule options that are flexible for anyone.

I have had Ian cleaning my windows now for over three years and can highly recommend him. One good thing is he sends a text the day before he visits and a further text when the windows have been cleaned. Another positive is you can pay through online banking. Simple.

Really friendly and did a good job on older windows that hadn't been cleaned in a while. Very happy with the service.

Ian came last year and we shall definitely use him again, also for gutter clearing and patio washing. He is very efficient in his work and great at keeping in touch about when he is coming. A very nice person too.

After the first window clean which was done well and for an OK price I got very disappointed. I tried to book another clean, which he accepted, didn't turn up and only offered a word of explanation when asked. At that time I still considered him a professional so I asked to reschedule, he agreed, confirmed rough time of the visit and once again didn't turn up. For the lack of basic courtesy and unreliability I have to leave a negative review and won't recommend.
