Ian has been excellent to work with throughout a stressful bathroom project. Work was carried out very professionally and with courtesy. The work area and access were kept clean. The work carried out involved a bit more than planned but this was openly discussed and agreed. Ian responded promptly to my request and followed up with a visit the very next day, as agreed. He thoroughly checked everything and ensured all necessary steps were covered. Although the job ultimately wasn't required due to the water tank already being disconnected and the connection in place, I appreciate Ian's professionalism and efficiency.
