We had a leak coming from our hot water cylinder. Ian replaced with a newer type and upgraded our whole system. He made the whole process easy and explained everything step by step. I can’t recommend him and his team enough!

Work was carried out very professionally and with courtesy. The work area and access were kept clean. The work carried out involved a bit more than planned but this was openly discussed and agreed. There were a few problems but these were resolved and the end result is great.

Although the job ultimately wasn't required due to the water tank already being disconnected and the connection in place, I appreciate Ian's professionalism and efficiency.
