Ian responded promptly to my request and followed up with a visit the very next day, as agreed. He thoroughly checked everything and ensured all necessary steps were covered. Although the job ultimately wasn't required due to the water tank already being disconnected and the connection in place, I appreciate Ian's professionalism and efficiency. I'd definitely recommend him for his prompt service and attention to detail.

Ian was great at communicating what was the problem and how to try and fix it. He broke things down in a simple way for me to understand and worked to my timescales. Work was completed in high quality and already we can feel the difference in our heating downstairs.

Ian converted my bathroom to an en suite, I was so pleased with the work, I asked him to redo the children’s bathroom. I’m so glad I did as the whole thing needed insulation and a new floor. He was so helpful with choosing the tiles and bathroom furniture. Lovely neat job and another gorgeous bathroom!

Prompt and courteous work. We had an old boiler so they suggested a magnetic flush which was less stressful on the system but it did a great job of improving the heat from the radiators straight away.
