Ian came out promptly to give us an estimate for a replacement shower pump. He sourced the parts we needed and fitted them promptly.

Ian Bicknell has restored my faith in British tradesmen. I had given up hope long ago of ever finding a true professional. At last, I can say with full confidence that such an individual DOES exist. From initial contact to job completion took only a matter of a few days. I was delighted with Ian's courteous, timely and reassuring approach. At our first meeting (to scope the job), Ian filled me with confidence: He left me in no doubt that he would fulfill the project on time and to excellent effect. That he did. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian Bicknell's services.

Ian was very thoughtful and took the time to visit our property to understand the extent of work needed. He then fixed our problem of connecting our new tap to the water filter including rectifying issues left by the previous plumbers.

Ian was really flexible at finding a time he could visit and even let me know when he was on his way. He solved my problem really quickly in spite of it being a tough call to remove the old tap and in an awkward place with little space to get a good grip. Very professional.

Arrived on time quoted the job and completed in one visit . Very happy will call again when anymore plumbing is required .
