  I recently moved into a bungalow and inherited an old CCTV system. Needed to upgrade it and replace with a more superior system. Investigated my options and searched for an appropriate company. Eventually found i4. Matt, the owner, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The price was not cheap but am a great believer in you get what you pay for. The installation was completed very efficiently and am delighted with my new upgraded system. I would certainly recommend i4/Matt. Check out their Instagram pages.

  Matt came out on short notice to fix our cameras and alarm, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He quickly identified the issue and even added a wire that was needed to get everything working properly again. He also noticed that our alarm was about to expire and renewed it for us with no hassle at all. It’s such a relief having someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing—especially when it comes to technology. On top of that, Matt is incredibly friendly and approachable. You feel comfortable and happy having him in your home. Highly recommend his service!

  I am incredibly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism

  I put my advert out on Checkatrade and received 2 replies. Matt from I4 Security was the only one that called me to organise a visit. He arrived on time and we discussed what I required. I further discussed getting CCTV and sensor pads on my external doors. Plus, I changed my ordinary door bell for a Ring Doorbell. I thought I might as well get it all done now A date for the following week was confirmed and Matt arrived with college and installed my new systems. I am absolutely thrilled with the work carried out it was well worth the money and Matt is amazing and so easy to talk to.

  Prompt, pleasant, efficient

  Rapid response, in the form of a phone call. Work carried out the same day, even thought not requested as an emergency. Matt and Tom were pleasant and efficient and they made sure I knew what they had done and how to operate the device myself. I will certainly use the company again when needed
