Very happy with the work i4 completed for us. Initial call out was fast and resolved the immediate problem. We opted to have our ancient alarm replaced and i4 completed the work. The work was done quickly, to a high standard, with no mess and no fuss. I4 Security showed up when they said they would and communication throughout was great. The price for the work was agreed up front and I felt was very reasonable. Overall I highly recommend i4 Security.

I contacted a couple of local alarm companies before I found i4 Security. The others didn't even bother responding to my enquiry. Matt came back to me quickly and visited to talk through my requirements. Matt gave me a very competitive quotation and I went ahead and booked i4 Security for a full CCTV, alarm and video doorbell package. Matt attended on three occasions overall to ensure everything was set up, and even repaired for free a cable my roofer had accidentally pulled out from the camera. He also ran an ethernet cable for me to reposition my router free of charge, and installed a screen

Had a power cut that damaged our alarm and the back door sensor between Christmas and New Years. Called i4 who kindly booked us in for a diagnosis to confirm the alarm was safe to use. Matt came round and confirmed it was all okay and then followed up for another appointment to replace the alarm as it was well out of date. Was absolutely brilliant, clear, explained things when asked (my incessant asking of questions out of curiosity) and got everything back up and running with a new alarm. Decent, conversational and couldn't ask for anything better. Really really impressed and would recommend
