Listened well to problem description and liaised with tenant on gaining further details. Found a practical cost effective workaround with no damage to wall or plaster, making the problem wiring redundant. Discussed this solution with me first for agreement before proceeding. Good communicator, listener and problem accurately diagnosed.

Lights were not working in the bathroom. Leon had to replace the transformer. He was friendly, professional n very quick. Job well done.

I called Leon after googling an electrician. He talked me through all the work involved and turned up when he said he would each time. His work was exemplary and he was always professional.

We had a fault in our kitchen that was tripping the rcd meaning we lost power to fridge and freezer. Leon kindly came out the same day to find the fault and ensure we got the fridge and freezer back on straight away and make a plan on how to rectify some slightly dodgy working previously installed. Very grateful for such fast and efficient help! Cant fault professionalism and efficiency and pricing.

Leon was quick to respond to my request for a quote and to arrange to do the work. He arrived promptly, did an excellent job and was extremely tidy. I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had used Leon before & had been very satisfied with all aspects of the engagement & the work. So, when our very old wired-in smoke ajarms starting going off in the middle of the night, we called Leon to put new ones in. As before, his communication & follow up were excellent. He was actually able to fit us in earlier than planned. He fitted 2x smoke alarms & a heat alarm, plus repaired 3 in-ceiling spot lights that need new drivers. He discussed options on the repairs where relevant. The work was done efficiently, professionally, courteously & cost effectively. Highly recommended.
