  Repairing a dishwasher that was not running, and changing the fuse for the ignition on a gas hob.

  The company were super fast with response times and great at communicating. After the first visit, the dishwasher was left on a test cycle but once finished, it didn’t work, so a revisit was required. It felt frustrating to pay £200 for this, but when the engineer revisited, without charge, the issue was solved. Overall this was a great service. Perhaps a little more expensive than I was expecting - labour was quoted at £75 an hour, and the engineer was there for less than one hour. Two parts were paid for. However; would I use again? Yes, based on the speed and professional nature.
